Nothing scares us and we are willing to take on any challenge thrown our way including this NOT inviting toilet.
Not sure how hygienic this fridge was before our visit but the new tenant can now store his food without worrying about germs.
Fat is what make food taste nice, but it doesn’t make you hobs look good. We fixed that.

End of tenancy cleaning means different things whether you are a tenant or a landlord.
If you are a tenant:
It is the thorough cleaning of a property when moving out. In most cases, a tenant will have to contractually ensure the property is in the same cleaning state as they found it when moving in. Failing to do so may incur costs. The tenant can choose between cleaning the property himself or hire a cleaning company specialising in end of tenancy cleaning which is often a wiser choice.
If you are a landlord:
End of tenancy cleaning means getting a property in pristine condition before showing it to prospective tenants.
Like everything else when it comes to cleaning, the answer is…it depends.
There are many factors to take into consideration such as the size of the property, the items included in your tenancy agreement, and the type of services you require.
For example, carpet cleaning is not always included in a full end of tenancy cleaning service. Adding it will obviously increase costs.
Certain cleaning companies might charge extra for parking, transport, or if they bring their own cleaning chemicals and equipment. (We don’t).
You should expect to pay around £115 for a studio flat and up to £270 for a Five Bedroom flat (these prices are only indicative and may vary).
Once again, this will depend on the size of your property and if it’s really dirty or not.
The dirtier the property the longer it takes.
You may want to do it yourself, however, expect to spend a lot longer than a team of professional who does this for a living and have all the adequate equipment and cleaning products
A well-trained team of professional cleaners should be able to clean a 2 bedroom flat within 4 to 5 hours.
A team of professional cleaners will carefully go through the end of tenancy checklist and deep clean every item listed so you have every chance to get your full deposit back.
Doing it yourself may save you money but will almost always take you more time and effort than what professionals will achieve and unlikely produce the level of cleanliness expected by your landlord.
If you are landlord, you have to ensure that the property looks absolutely clean to attract future tenants.
For all the reasons mentioned above, hiring a team of professionals for end of tenancy cleaning is, without the shadow of a doubt, the better option.
